It will read out how fast you are going, how far you have gone, how long you have worked and perhaps most important, how many calories have been burned.

If you have been interested in a rowing machine but were put off by the space they take up, look again at the choices. Today, there are many models that fold up and can be conveniently stored when not in use.

In addition to space be sure to consider other factors in your purchase decision. Price, of course, is important. Also, you want it to be comfortable since you will hopefully use it often. It needs to be well built for safety and longevity.

Take a little time to understand the available choices. Choose the one that works best for your situation. Make your purchase and then start using it. You’ll soon see why a rowing machine is a good choice in fitness equipment.
